PRIVACY POLICY
FMGS-A320 (the “app”) is published by ADDIE OÜ, Estonia (“we”, “us”). This policy explains what happens to information when you use the app.
NO DATA COLLECTED
The app does not collect, store on a server, share or sell any personal data. It has no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising and no tracking, and it does not connect to any server of ours: all functions work offline on your device.
WHAT STAYS ON YOUR DEVICE
- The FMS standard you select (Thales or Honeywell) is saved on your device so that it is offered again at the next start.
- Flight plans, weights, winds and other data you type into the trainer are held in memory only while the app runs.
Deleting the app removes this information from your device.
SUBSCRIPTIONS AND PAYMENTS
Subscriptions are sold and processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, payment details or Apple Account information. The app checks your subscription status on your device with Apple’s StoreKit. Apple’s handling of purchase data is described in Apple’s own privacy policy.

Links on this page that lead to other websites open outside the app; those websites have their own privacy practices.
CHILDREN
The app is not directed at children and collects no data from anyone.
YOUR RIGHTS AND CONTACT
Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct or delete. For any privacy question, or to exercise your rights under the EU General Data Protection Regulation, contact ADDIE OÜ at info@addieproject.eu. You may also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon).
If this policy changes, the new version is published here with a new date.
TERMS OF USE
LICENCE
The app is licensed to you under Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Apple Standard EULA), together with these terms. ADDIE OÜ is the licensor.
TRAINING USE ONLY
FMGS-A320 is a training aid for study and procedure practice. It must not be used for flight planning, navigation or any other operational purpose. Performance figures and predictions are approximate training values. The app is an independent product and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or licensed by any aircraft or equipment manufacturer; the aircraft type is named only to describe the interface being trained.
SUBSCRIPTIONS
- The MCDU MENU, INIT A, INIT B, IRS INIT and PERF pages and viewing the flight plan are free, in both FMS standards. All other functions, including flight-plan revisions, departure and arrival procedures and the navigation display, require an active auto-renewable subscription: Monthly (USD 12.00 per month) or Yearly (USD 100.00 per year). Prices in other currencies are shown by the App Store before purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- The subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel the subscription in your Apple Account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current period.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its own policies.
LIABILITY
The app is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, ADDIE OÜ is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the app, in particular from any use outside training.
